Singing bowl is one of the ritual objects of Tibetan Buddhism. It has therapeutic value as well. The sound therapy from singing bowls is used in meditation, healing, and prayers. Traditionally, the bowls are made of seven metals, each of the metals denotes the planets. Gold: the sun, silver: the moon, mercury: The Mercury, copper: The Venus, iron: the Mars, tin: The Jupiter, and Lead: The Saturn. Our sets come with a wooden stick and cushion.
